Each plant from Ebbs and Grows is selected and prepared with care—grown slowly, packed thoughtfully, and sent with the hope that it brings joy to its new home. Because we work with living things, and every environment is unique, we do not accept returns on plants.
That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives with a significant issue—such as damage during transit or the wrong item—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a brief description of the concern. We’ll do our best to make it right, whether through a partial refund, store credit, or another solution.

At Ebbs and Grows, each plant is carefully selected, packed with intention, and shipped with the same attention we give to growing them.
We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to reduce the risk of delays over the weekend. This timing helps ensure your plants arrive quickly and safely.
All plants are wrapped securely using breathable materials and padding to protect roots and foliage. We do our best to minimize transit stress, but please understand that shipping live plants always carries some risk.
Once your order leaves our care, we cannot guarantee how it will be handled in transit. We are not responsible for damage, delays, or loss caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or mishandling after dispatch.
We recommend unboxing your plant promptly upon arrival and allowing it time to acclimate to its new environment.
